Mental Health Training – Our Standard Courses:
Our standard courses are aimed at helping individuals in a wide range of settings and sectors, to gain an understanding of mental health and ill-health; and for those who do have some, helping them work when there is a risk of suicide. We can also design and deliver bespoke courses for organisations and partnerships. Contact us for more information.
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training – Internationally recognised course to teach anyone with a responsibility for others how to provide initial support to those who may be experiencing mental health problems.

Children and Familes Social Work – Our New Courses:
Our latest courses are aimed at helping organisations to recuit and retain qualified social workers. We can also design and deliver bespoke courses for children and young people’s service organisations and partnerships. Contact us for more information.
Resilient Social Workers support and mentoring. We have researched and designed a new solutions-focused workshop, with a facilitated support session and follow-up mentoring, for hard-pressed social workers in statutory children and families services in the UK. Our aim is to support and build their resilience, and thereby help local authority managers retain them. The title we are using was chosen from the results of a poll that we took on this site.
Overseas Social Workers induction training. We have designed induction training to meet the specific needs of qualified social workers recruited to work in England from abroad, who are at NQSW or EPD level, so they can get up to speed quickly on English multicultural social work and social care organisation, policy, practice, culture and law.
It’s finally here… publicly available, official Youth Mental Health First Aid training courses for England; The first for individual registration will be held on 8-9 September and 20-21 October, near Euston/Kings Cross/St Pancras, London.
